Raised naturally on the Loseley Park Estate, our rare breed English Longhorn cattle graze freely across the pastures and woodland of Mellersh Farm. Reared slowly on a grass-fed diet and allowed to mature naturally within the herd, they produce exceptional-quality beef with outstanding flavour, tenderness and character.
As one of Britain’s oldest native cattle breeds, English Longhorns are renowned for their rich marbling and depth of flavour. Our cattle enjoy a natural, stress-free environment, grazing across the estate’s historic landscape and helping to support sustainable farming practices.
